Is Water Running in Abandoned Houses While Occupied Homes are Being Shut off?

How many homes shut off are occupied?

DWSD has not shared this information publicly. DWSD refers to a database of vacant homes relative to delinquent accounts on page 86 of this document: “The Department is cross-referencing its customer database with recently released data from the Detroit Blight Removal Task Force.” DMD has submitted a FOIA for this information and will post it as soon as it is made available.
